These are my heavenly healthy drinks for the time which I swear by and I want to introduce you introduce to these healthy drinks which are my mantra for weight loss.

This Article I am writing for those people who are suffering to lose weight through diet. Add these few detox drinks to your everyday diet and you can easily start seeing results. So here in this article I have mentioned most of the possible detox water that I have researched and heard most of them from my mom whose expert in all homemade healthy mask for glowing skin and hair, Healthy Food Recipes and weight loss detox drinks. These are the Detox Drinks I have personally tried for many years for weight loss. Absolutely practiced at my home by all family members told and trust me I have noticed drastic weight loss in me.

No doubt You all have understood by now why I have kept water on top of the list as we all know how important drink Water is , it is a necessity drink to live. Without water one can’t survive for long. But beside surviving it plays many vital roles in our body, and also aids in weight loss. So I will definitely Suggest all of you to drink a lot and lot of water everyday.

The first thing in the morning for me is drinking a glass of water. So as soon as you wake up your day start drinking water. Water is so important for cleansing your entire system.

  • Don’t add green tea to boiling water. It’s bad for catechins, those healthy chemicals, in the tea. Better: 160-170 degree water.
  • Add lemon, Vitamin C makes the catechins a easier to absorb. Dairy, on the other hand, makes it harder to absorb them.
  • Nutrient levels in green tea can vary. Pricier teas usually have more, and canned green-tea drinks generally have less.

HOW TO PREPARE GREEN TEA WITH TEA BAGS

  • Boil filtered or spring water and allow to cool slightly for 2-3 mins.
  • Green tea flavor compounds are sensitive to high water temperatures and should be brewed using water at lower temperatures rather than boiling water. The ideal temperature for green tea is 80¬įC to 85¬įC.
  • Put the green tea bag into a cup. Pour the hot water into the cup and let it steep for 3 minutes. Stir with a spoon and have a sip.

HOW TO CONSUME GREEN TEA
